Windows Print Helper
Install the Print Helper.
The Print Helper connects the DirteLabel Chrome extension to the printers installed on your Windows selling computer. You only need to install it once per computer.
Download
Install the Print Helper on your selling computer.
Download the signed installer directly from DirteLabel.com. Windows should identify the verified publisher as Hopestone Capital & Consulting, LLC.
Run the installer
Open DirteLabel-Print-Helper-Setup.exe and follow the setup prompts.
Verify before continuing: confirm the file came from dirtelabel.com and Windows shows Hopestone Capital & Consulting, LLC as the publisher. If either detail is different, cancel setup and contact support.
Restart Chrome
After installation finishes, close and reopen Chrome. Open the pinned DirteLabel for Whatnot extension and go to the Control tab.

Select your printer
In the extension Control tab, refresh the printer list, choose your label printer, and select the label size loaded in it.
Test the connection
Use Test My Setup to confirm the Print Helper, printer, label size, live labels, and Auto-Print status.
Print one sample label
Before your first live show, print one sample label from the extension and confirm the printer, stock size, orientation, and layout look correct.
