Customer Policy
Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective: September 2, 2026
This policy explains how DirteLabel free access, paid-plan trials, recurring subscriptions, cancellations, payment failures, and refunds work. It forms part of the DirteLabel Terms of Service.
1. Coin Flip Free
You may upgrade from Coin Flip Free to an available paid Whatnot plan at any time. Starting a paid plan does not change the fact that Coin Flip itself is available under the free account tier unless a future offer clearly states otherwise.
2. 14-day paid-plan trial
You will not be charged a recurring subscription fee when the paid-plan trial begins. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly subscription will begin automatically and Stripe will attempt to charge the payment method on file.
Stripe may send a reminder before the trial ends. The trial-end date is also shown in your DirteLabel subscription page and Stripe billing portal.
3. Recurring subscriptions
After the paid-plan trial, subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown for your selected plan unless you cancel or another billing arrangement applies. Current public plan prices and included live-selling label volumes are displayed before checkout and on the DirteLabel pricing and subscription pages.
Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required by law. Promotional, special-price, complimentary, and lifetime accounts may follow different terms shown with the applicable offer.
4. Cancellation during a paid-plan trial
You may cancel through the billing portal before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, paid-plan access generally remains available through the end of the trial period and recurring billing is scheduled to stop. No recurring subscription charge will be made after cancellation takes effect.
If you change your mind before the cancellation becomes effective, Stripe may allow you to resume the subscription through the billing portal.
5. Cancellation after paid billing begins
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue using eligible paid features through that date, and no additional recurring charge will be made after cancellation takes effect.
6. Payment failures
If Stripe cannot collect a required payment, your paid subscription may be marked past due and paid live-selling features may be paused until billing is resolved. DirteLabel may direct you to update your payment method or pay an outstanding invoice through Stripe.
When the outstanding payment is successfully resolved and Stripe confirms the subscription is active, eligible paid features can be restored. Coin Flip Free is not billed through this process.
7. Refund policy
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period begins, including when a customer forgets to cancel before a renewal date.
We will review refund requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect charges, technical billing errors, or circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law. We may also issue discretionary refunds when we determine it is appropriate.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. If a refund is issued, processing time depends on Stripe, your bank, and your payment method.
8. Plan changes
Eligible customers may change between available paid DirteLabel plans. Stripe may apply prorated charges or credits depending on the timing of the change. If an account is past due or already scheduled to cancel, DirteLabel may require the billing issue to be resolved or the subscription resumed before paid-plan changes are allowed.
9. Referral credits
Under the GET A DIRTE FRIEND program, an eligible referring paid customer may earn a credit equal to two months of their current DirteLabel plan after the referred customer completes the qualifying first paid subscription payment. Trial-start invoices, abandoned registrations, self-referrals, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, complimentary accounts, free-only accounts, and other non-qualifying activity do not earn a reward.
Referral terms may be changed, suspended, or ended for future referrals. Credits are applied to future eligible subscription invoices and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
10. Physical products
If DirteLabel later sells labels, printers, accessories, or other physical goods, separate shipping, return, warranty, and refund terms may apply to those products and will be presented where appropriate. This subscription policy does not automatically govern returns of physical merchandise.
11. Billing support
For billing questions, cancellation assistance, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact support@dirtelabel.com. Include the email address associated with your DirteLabel account and enough information for us to identify the transaction. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
