Terms of Service
Effective: September 2, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of DirteLabel, a software service operated by Hopestone Capital LLC under the DirteLabel brand. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
DirteLabel provides software for coin identification and coin-flip label printing, label design and print routing, and supported live-commerce label automation. Coin Flip may use coin photos, voice or text input, catalog information, and automated analysis to help identify a coin and populate label fields. Live-selling tools may create and print transaction, giveaway, buyer/bin, and related labels from supported selling workflows.
Supported platforms, catalog sources, recognition providers, printers, and features may change as integrations are added, modified, or retired. Whatnot is the supported live-selling platform at launch; features described as coming soon are not yet available.
DirteLabel is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whatnot, eBay, Numista, or other third-party marketplaces, catalogs, or data providers unless expressly stated.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules of any marketplace, catalog, platform, or device you use with DirteLabel.
3. Coin Flip Free and paid subscriptions
Coin Flip Free is currently offered at $0 with no payment method required. Coin Flip Free does not include paid live-selling automation.
Standard public paid Whatnot plans currently include a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required to start a standard paid trial, but $0 is due at trial start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically at the then-disclosed price.
Subscription fees, included label volumes, plan features, and trial terms are shown before purchase and may be updated for future subscriptions. Complimentary, promotional, lifetime, or specially priced access may have separate eligibility or duration terms.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing through the billing portal when cancellation is available. If you cancel during a paid-plan trial, access generally continues through the end of the trial and no recurring subscription charge will be made after cancellation takes effect. If you cancel a paid subscription, access generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Additional details are provided in the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Billing and payment failures
Payments are processed by Stripe or another disclosed payment processor. You authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees and other amounts you approve. If a required payment fails, DirteLabel may pause paid features until billing is resolved. Coin Flip Free remains subject to any separate account, security, abuse-prevention, or availability limitations.
6. Coin identification and catalog information
Coin Flip is an identification and labeling aid, not a professional grading, authentication, appraisal, or valuation service. Automated recognition and catalog matching can be incomplete or incorrect, especially for worn, damaged, altered, unusual, counterfeit, low-quality, or poorly photographed coins.
You are responsible for reviewing the year, mint mark, issuer, denomination, type, composition, dimensions, mintage, catalog number, and other information before printing or relying on a label. Catalog and reference information may come from third-party sources and may contain errors or change over time.
7. Label output and seller responsibility
DirteLabel automates label generation using information available from supported workflows and user-configured templates. You remain responsible for reviewing your settings, labels, shipment information, marketplace records, and fulfillment decisions. Automated data can be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect because of marketplace changes, network conditions, browser behavior, printer configuration, third-party service availability, or recognition errors.
DirteLabel does not guarantee that every marketplace event will be detected, every coin will be identified correctly, or every label will print without interruption. You should maintain reasonable backup procedures for critical selling and fulfillment operations.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use DirteLabel to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interfere with the service, distribute malware, circumvent subscription controls, abuse third-party platforms, or submit content you do not have the right to use. You may not resell or sublicense access to the service unless we authorize it in writing.
9. Intellectual property
DirteLabel, its software, branding, interface, documentation, templates, and related technology are owned by Hopestone Capital LLC or its licensors, except for content you provide or third-party materials identified as such. Your access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains valid.
You retain rights in logos, text, designs, photos, and other content you upload. You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, analyze, render, and transmit that content to provide the service.
10. Third-party services
DirteLabel depends on third-party services such as AI/recognition providers, numismatic catalogs or data providers, live-commerce platforms, browsers, payment processors, hosting providers, email providers, and printer software. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data errors, account restrictions, or changes that impair an integration.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirteLabel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hopestone Capital LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of DirteLabel. Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to DirteLabel during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and termination
We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted or otherwise communicated as appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, abuse, security risk, nonpayment, or where required by law.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Venue for disputes will lie in courts of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.
